This website and the resources are provided for free, in order to give as many people as possible the opportunity to engage with and benefit from mindfulness. The option to donate towards the project was added in July 2014, in order to help with running costs and to open up the possibility of creating more dedicated time for development.
In response to the developing global situation regarding Coronavirus, we are now collating relevant resources here.
For the foreseeable future, donations to The Free Mindfulness Project have been suspended. Although I (Peter) maintain this site on a voluntary basis, the operating costs are low and I have secure income from my part-time work in the NHS. If you do wish to donate to a cause, many individuals and organisations are experiencing financial hardship in these challenges times, so I would invite you to look for those who might benefit most.
